Many have been aware of my issues with my isp,
Todays update i called them only to find out there was no record of me accepting the offer of it being installed in 14 days from the last time i talked to them under a new system, so they said they would call me back.... and nothing today.
/sigh |

After 3 months of being mucked around by the company that was supposed to get me sorted i told them yesterday to get stuff, after they were going to transfer me to someone i ended up talking to someone on the same level again, i waited 30mins on hold, transfered on hold again for 15 mins, and basically i went out of the building around the outsiode and into the front door again :/
Then the next person i talk to is able to sort me out, but tell her its just too late, wtf are these people when i first called up?
Then today i get a call from them asking if today is okay to install it
Seriously? i dont know if that was to just piss me off or not who knows!
So seeking a new isp  |
